1. Delivery of MUME Collection

This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products ordered from our jewelry shop. We strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure that our customers receive their jewelry in a timely and safe manner.

We currently ship in Europe.

3. Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping with DHL and DPD. Within the Netherlands, it is free of shipping cost. In other EU countries (See the list of countries) at a 6 EUR per shipping flat rate. 

For a purchase that is more than 40 EUR (including 40 EUR), free of shipping.

All orders are processed within 2 business days.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.


5. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee them, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays. 


6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the chosen shipping method and delivery address. 


7. Order Cancellation and Changes

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.


8. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team at info@mumecollection.com. Within 10 business days. We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter. 


9. Returns and Exchanges

In the need of returning or exchanging, please contact the customer services, we will provide you with guidelines on how to proceed.
